Growing Directions:
Directly sow organic beet seeds ½” deep in moist soil in full sun or partial shade if the climate is warm. Keep at least 3” between plants and 12” between rows to allow for each plant to get proper nutrients. As they grow, pick off greens to use before they wilt. After around 60 days, beets are ready for harvest and can be gently pulled out of the ground. After harvest, beets can be stored in many different ways. For the longest preservation, put them in the freezer or can them.
